GDPR
Personal data of the customer is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and marketing and promotional purposes if the customer has given consent to this. We protect them in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000). You have the right to request changes to your personal data or to stop processing it. These requests can be submitted in writing or by email. After sending the purchased goods, the Store, as part of the contract with the Buyer, is obliged to send an invitation to the Buyer's email address to fill out a survey to assess their opinion on the conducted transaction. The Buyer is entitled, but not obliged, to complete the survey.

Sharing Data with Other Entities
Your personal data will be processed by our company, and only we will be the Data Controller. However, in accordance with applicable law, we may transfer them to entities processing them on our behalf. For matters not covered by the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the law concerning the processing of Personal Data, including the GDPR, apply. For matters not regulated by the terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant Polish laws, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), apply.
