- The Purchaser defines the parameters of the Order - chooses the graphic or its fragment, material, print size and possibly options of the finishing.
- The product ordered by the Purchaser (photo wallpaper, poster, sticker) is configured on the basis of an individual and detailed Order, therefore, in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer may resign from the goods purchased in the Store, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the item back before its expiry. At the same time, in accordance with the content of Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from the contract concluded off-premises or at a distance is not granted to the Customer in relation to the contract in which the subject of delivery is an item produced according to the Customer's specifications (i.e. to their individualised order).
