What are cookies?

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of processing your order and for marketing and promotional purposes if you have given us your consent.

We protect them in accordance with the regulations set out in the Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).

You have the right to request changes to them or to stop their processing.

This can be made in writing or by email.

Once the purchased goods have been dispatched, the Shop, as part of the performance of the contract with the Buyer, is obliged to send the Buyer an invitation to complete a survey by email to gauge his or her opinion of the transaction carried out. The buyer is entitled, but not obliged, to complete it.

 

What data do we use?

They help us to improve the functionality of our website and to profile our offer to make it as interesting to you two as possible. Sharing data with other entities

 

Your personal data will be processed by our company and only we will be their Administrator, however, in compliance with the applicable law, we may transfer them to entities processing them on our behalf.

We are referring to subcontractors of our IT services (including Google, Facebook), providers of accounting, consultancy, legal services, postal and courier operators, payment operators, newsletter tool provider. We also need to make your data available to entities entitled to obtain the data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement agencies (when they make a request on an appropriate legal basis).

 

Data retention period

 

We only process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose of storage or as long as we are required to do so by law or regulation. As soon as the purpose is no longer applicable or has been fulfilled, your personal data will be deleted or its processing will be restricted.

We process cookie data until you raise an effective objection.

 

Legal basis

 

The processing of your personal data must be based on an appropriate legal basis that complies with the applicable legislation. In order to provide you with services, the legal basis is the necessity for the performance of contracts for the provision of such services (including a contract of sale, performance of a service). Data processing for marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter) or to tailor the best possible offer to you according to your interests (profiling) will only take place with your voluntary consent.

 

Your rights

 

Every person whose Personal Data we process has the right to:

  • access to their Personal Data, the right to rectification, erasure and the right to request restriction of processing.
  • to object to the processing of your Personal Data, to withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data for one or more of the purposes for which it was given, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal, and the right to portability of your Personal Data.

 

Security

 

We declare that we endeavour to provide you with a high level of security with regard to the use of our website and, to this end, we apply the technical and organisational measures required by law, in particular with regard to the security of the processing of Personal Data.

In matters not regulated in the Privacy Policy, the legal provisions on the processing of Personal Data, including the RODO, shall apply.

 

In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the relevant acts of Polish law, as well as the law of the European Union, in particular RODO (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC).
